Trip to Tybee Island (Part 1)

Hey guys! I'm so sorry I haven't posted in a while but I've been pretty busy trying to get the most out of my Summer! Have you all been well?

One thing I have done this Summer is gone on a trip to Tybee Island! Having never been before, it was quite an experience. Unlike most beach towns, Tybee is very quaint and there aren't many people seen walking along the streets. The residents are stylish and so are the products sold in the stores! I picked myself up a few of them when I was there.

The first thing I bought was a pair of sunglasses. Even though they're inexpensive, I never took the time to invest in a pair for myself. These immediately caught my eye as spunky with a little taste of the 50's! I knew from the moment I saw them that they were mine.

Another thing that I bought were these cute little flower clips. They came in pairs, and in all different sizes and colors. I bought a blue pair and a white pair because those are colors that I frequently wear. Using the clips, I created a cool looking bun out of my hair, how cool is it that the flower blooms out of my hair?

The last buy that I indulged in was of these two chokers with little cotton balls in the middle. Not something you would really see in a beach shop right? I thought the same thing when I found these! Obviously, being such a great find, I had to get them ASAP.

Though I didn't go all out in what I purchased on vacation, I was not disappointed at all. Everything in the shops was just precious and exquisite and I couldn't possibly buy it all, so my limit was fine and left me satisfied.

And of course! My beach fashion! (Excuse the messy hotel room, I was sharing it with 5 other girls.) I incorporated my new clips into my outfit, and they matched perfectly. Fun fact; a lot of the time I slathered sunscreen on my body and sat under an umbrella to protect my complexion. No worries though, I still got out and played in the water just as much!

On the last day we stopped by Savannah! I've been to Savannah before and I absolutely adore everything about it! The people are all so creative and unique, and so is the landscaping of the entire town. Being able to go onto River Street and walk around while looking out onto the river was very nice. I wish we could have stayed longer, but I'm not going to complain, there's always next time!

Overall I had so much fun and I really enjoyed myself. I haven't been on vacation or to a beach in almost a year so it was extremely refreshing. I'd love to go again sometime!

I know this isn't much, but don't worry there's a ton more posts coming. I have more pictures on my camera but I just have to edit them and re-size them so I'll put them up soon, hopefully tomorrow. I've been up to sooo much, heheheh. Thank you for reading!!

Mother's Day!

Another post that gets racked up behind many many others, but I hope everyone had a great Mother's Day! Mothers are so important and I hope everyone treats the very deserving ones well! For my mom I bought some flowers, made her jewelry, and a card. Then, she decided she wanted to go shopping for the day, and we went to a mall in Macon.

Outfit Rundown:
Shirt: Taobao
Skirt: Offbrand
Socks: Claire's
Shoes: Offbrand

Makeup! I was wearing my EOS Candy lens, and decided to try and do a bit of a cat eyeliner. How does it look? I think it's pretty nice for eye enlargement!

The mall was really nice! I can't remember the name exactly, but it was so pretty and great to go to on such a beautiful day.

Charlotte Russe was having a great sale on basically everything, so I bought two of these little crop tops! Ever since I tried one on in Little 5 a few weeks ago, I've been dying to get my hands on some. These are even better too because they're polka dots! Who doesn't love polka dots?

That concludes my day, I hope everyone else had a good one! I have a few good ideas for tips to post in the next couple of days so look out for that. See ya!

PinkyParadise Review

I always get so behind on my posts! Anyway, last week my order from PinkyParadise came in, and I am rather pleased!

A cute package! It seems cute with the stamps... The shipping was not expensive at all and I think everything arrived rather quickly.

Here is everything I got! I always seem to get those hair things? I'm not sure if they're always a free gift or what, but I already have 2 sets..

Super adorable free piggy case! PinkyParadise is nice because they'll always come with a free case.

A close up of the hair item.. The packaging is really adorable.

My EOS Candy Pink lenses before I took them out!

How the lenses look in comparison, and with no makeup. Comfort wise I think they're very comfy. Unlike my other lenses however, I do think they're rather thick, but you can't tell when they're in your eyes. The pink blends very uniquely with my natural eye color.

Here is how they look with makeup on! I think they're very natural looking despite being an unnatural color. Here is the lens info if anyone is curious.

Type: EOS Candy Pink
Diameter: 14.50mm
Water Content: 38%
Base Curve: 8.6m

I tend to buy 15.0mm lenses but I think these still had a great enlargement effect despite being smaller. I really recommend this line of lenses because the colors are beautiful and I think they look really nice on any kind of eyes.

Overall I'm extremely pleased with my order and I definitely am considering buying some more contacts from EOS.

Another Adventure to Kayleah's House

Hello again! So after Kayleah's birthday weekend, I was still feeling like I hadn't seen her enough! My sister then proposed I go to stay at Kayleah's house when I went up to Atlanta on Monday. This was a perfect plan and I not only got to see her but someone else very important to me!

Outfit rundown:
Top: Offbrand
Pants: F21
Shoes: Ebay
Everything else: Offbrand (basically the majority of the stuff I wear!)

I tried a different makeup technique as well! I'd say it's ulzzang-esque because I used an eyeliner pencil instead of liquid eyeliner!

Once Kayleah got out of school, we headed to Perimeter Mall to do a bit of shopping and hanging out. We ate some yummy Chinese food followed by mint chocolate chip ice cream! I can't help but love eating so I might have even wanted a bit more....

Charlotte Russe was having a wonderful sale on shoes!! Me and Kayleah split the difference and I got these cute new heels. I've been wanting a pair of these for sooo long and I finally got my paws on them hua hua hua..

Then, on Tuesday, I went to hang out with someone else! I wore my Barbie shirt and DreamV shorts with my new shoes. I finally think I've tied this outfit together perfectly! (All thanks to the shoes..) I was supposed to get bubble tea this day but there was a change of plans : -(. I really hope I can get my bubble tea in soon because I've been craving it immensely! What's your favorite flavor? I like coconut...

(Apologies for a repetitive outfit, but I really love it!)

So I had a bit of fun going to the mall and such, I always wish I could stay longer though! 2 days just does not seem like enough time to be spending with my favorite people!

Kayleah's 16th Birthday

As you know, according to my last post, I was heading over to my best friend Kayleah's house. We decided to head over to Little 5 Points, and had a ton of fun! There was even a festival the same day, which worked out perfectly!

Me and the birthday girl! Isn't she absolutely precious? I couldn't get over how cute she looked that day!
If you're wondering about my outfit, I tried to do something simplistic and cute! Everything I'm wearing is offbrand except for my purse, from F21.

And a funny little story, while we were walking back from the festival, I heard my name being shouted from nowhere! As I turned around I saw my good friend Laffi (@Serepuff) hangin' out of a car and waving to me! Sadly, I was leaving and she was just arriving so we barely got to say hi, but it was such a nice little surprise! (I love her so much huhuhu)

There was much more to my weekend, but that's the most important parts! Thank you so much for reading!

OOTD: 4/26

Rundown:
Top: Barbie JP
Bottoms: DreamV
Shoes: Guess
Socks: Offbrand

Also, matching nails!

I found the blue at DG, and thought it screamed SPRING! Then I got the idea to use a bobby pin to dip into some white polish I had and polka dot my nails (why didn't I think of that before?). It's so pretty, I'm prepared for the warmer days!! (Sorry for the poor lighting)

I was going for a simple and sweet look. I usually dress pretty over the top, but subtle things can be super cute as well, right?

Today is the day I get to see my best friend, Kayleah! I haven't seen her since Momocon, and this is her birthday weekend so I'm super excited. I made her a strawberry shortcake cake just to celebrate (don't tell her!).

Happy Birthday Kayleah I love youuuuuuuuuuuu!

I hope everyone has a nice day today!! Enjoy your weekend and have tons of fun.
